When Is A Clock
is a stunning play by the brilliant (and very handsome) Matthew Freeman, and is about a man searching for his vanished wife, synchronicity, magic, mystery, and scrapple - to name just a few elements. It awed crowds with its first run in Manhattan last spring, and contains writing which the NY Times said "...deserves to be enshrined in some kind of hall of fame: it’s savvy and preposterous and utterly original." If you missed the performances, have no fear as the script is now available from Samuel French and through Amazon. The text reads almost like a poem, and is at turns lyrical, hysterical, and utterly moving. Not to be missed.
sounds lovely i look forward to picking it up!
