I have an insatiable appetite for Ron Regé Jr.'s work, so I was elated to learn that he has a new book of his mystically minded comics out. "What Parsifal Saw" is a captivating collection of his recent short-form works, which touch on everything from Madame Blavatsky's writings to psychedelic alchemy to a retelling of the Diana/Artemis/Wonder Woman narrative. As ever, his lines and lettering undulate off the page, making the reading of his pieces a truly consciousness-altering experience on all levels.
On a related note, if you'd like to support him further, you can buy work from him direct, and/or subscribe to his monthly mailings of comic delights. I highly recommend the latter, as the packet is a surprising treat that never fails to lift my spirits when it arrives. Do it, you won't be sorry!
