Agostino Arrivabene "Rea et Plutone maiestatis" 2010
The work of Agostino Arrivabene reminds me a bit of Odilon Redon and a bit of Bosch. Great company to be in for sure, but it must be said that Arrivabene is a true original. His work feels antique and contemporary at once, and I love the way his texture and cloudy colors make his imaginal beings feel all the more otherworldly.
