Martine Johanna "Deeper"
Goodness it was challenging to choose a piece of Martine Johanna's to post here. She is equally talented at painting and drawing, and each piece of hers is charged with a potent combination of mythos and eros. I chose this work, primarily because I'm a sucker for the all-seeing eye, as you probably noticed by now. Also, I love the underwater element to it - a great visual metaphor for the secret pools of the psyche.
