Valerie Hammond "Seance" 2008
I find Valerie Hammond's work to be incredibly moving and filled with hushed grace. When I look at it, I hear violins and cellos in my head which match her intricate, lacey pieces. Her current show "Twilight - contes de fées" is up at Garrison Baker Fine Art through October 11th.
