Andrea Aversa "Untited (Natura Morta con Pesce e Petroliera)"
You must click on this image to see it in fuller size. Andrea Aversa uses minatures to create surreal dreamscapes which feel expansive and otherworldly. By playing with scale and cinematic lighting, he seems to throw off the viewer's center of gravity in the most delightfully eerie manner. You can see some of his photographs in person in an upcoming group show at Sloan Fine Art, beginning on February 20th.
