Hi, Phantasmaphile pals:
I am currently in London on business, so posting may be a bit spotty. I am going to try and sneak off to see the Sleeping and Dreaming exhibition at the Wellcome Collection if time permits (delightfully enough, the wonderful Joanna of Morbid Anatomy did a write-up about the Wellcome Center today). Back in the states on Sunday.
XO,
Pam
Hope you have a nice time, in between the businessy bits :)

Arrgh! What a shame we missed each other in London. I was there only 2 weeks ago! *sniff*
I must admit that I wasn't too sure about the "Sleeping & Dreaming" exhibition. However, the displays of the Wellcome Collection itself (it's fucking chilly in there, btw!) were worth the walk even though I expected the museum to be about ten times that size.
Can I also allow myself to recommend you a visit to the Old Operating Theatre and the Royal College of Surgeons?
They might be less eye-catching than the Wellcome, but they're both very genuine, mysterious and deeply fascinating.
Anyway... have a great time, my dear!

Oh, and just in case you haven't anything planned for tomorrow evening yet, please go and say hello to Bill Burns at the ICA from me. :)
