Marty Blake is a sublime illustrator and book jacket designer. I was amazed to see how many books she's worked on that I either recognize or own. Her collages span time period and scale, giving her work a transcendant, otherworldy quality.
Ahem. You are too kind. Thank you for saying such nice things about my work. But there is one correction to be made: I am not now nor have I ever been a man. Nothing against the gender, it just doesn't happen to be mine.
