Whoa whoa WHOA. I was just reading the Mythic Journeys newsletter when I came across the following piece of thrilling news:
"Beginning in October 2007, the Mythic Imagination Institute, in association with the Open Center, will offer a Certificate program in Mythological Studies. This program weaves together art and participatory learning with serious scholarship to reawaken understanding and love of stories, myth and the archetypal dimensions of life. Ancient and modern myths, folktales and fairy tales will be studied and experienced through art, narrative, poetry, movies, music, dream, ritual and psychology. Emphasis will be on the application of this material to the creation of a meaningful and creative life."
I cannot wait to hear more about this. Would LOVE to enroll. Will post more info as soon as I learn more.
